We may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, city, preferred model, preferred date and the page from which you submitted the request.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about ORRBIKES preview sessions, understand city and model interest, plan test-ride availability and improve the experience.

Storage and access

Requests are stored on the website server and may also be sent to the configured ORRBIKES notification email. Access should be limited to authorised team members.

Retention and deletion

Information should be retained only as long as necessary for preview planning and follow-up. To request deletion, email sanjay@brahm.works.
